B2C Sales Manager - Spain

We are looking for a B2C Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is, a person who understands the importance of their accountability to lead the clean energy revolution and who wants to create an outstanding experience for our customers while scaling our business fast! Thus, our ideal teammate would be someone who:


  • Loves Sales and has made a career of it over the last 5-10 years, preferably with some experience in setting up new Sales Operations from scratch
  • Is a good communicator – and can easily convey new concepts and ideas to people in an intuitive way
  • Is comfortable and enthusiastic in the face of a very fast-changing environment; we are scaling the company in X’s not in %
  • Is a Spanish speaker, also proficient in written/spoken English (extrabonus if you can speak Portuguese)
  • Ideally has some experience with sales or key account management in sectors with more complex sales journeys such as solar energy, gas, real estate, insurance, finance/banking, construction/architecture sector or similar
  • Feels motivated to work towards creating a culture of honesty, trust and transparency
  • Likes to travel (travel requirement up to 20%)


The mission of this job is to set up and scale up the day-to-day Operations of B2C sales. To achieve this, you will:


  • Set up and be responsible for one or more different sales channels such as Direct Sales, Referral Sales or Telemarketing Sales
  • Inspire and support dedicated Sales teams to always perform their best and to support our common mission
  • Train and engage with your teams, to ensure they always have the proper skills are pro-active and continuously learning
  • Ensure we build trusting relationships with all our customers
  • Be responsible for the commercial work of setting up our new sales channels in Spain, including third-party SLAs, contracts, etc
  • Support our sales partners with screening, hiring and training new salespeople
  • Oversee the hand-over of new, happy customers to our solar Delivery team
  • Prepare KPI reports for management and do Performance Management
  • Make seamless, efficient and extremely scalable operations part of your key goals
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plan to radically scale the sales operations by an order of magnitude over the next 6 – 18 months
