We are looking for people with entrepreneurial mindset, this is, people who understand the importance of their accountability to lead the clean energy revolution. We are currently building an amazing Sales Team and we need someone with ability to create and manage relationship with a diverse number of home-owners associations. Thus, our Solar Sales Account Manager would be someone with:

  • A love for Sales and who identifies clearly as a talented career salesperson
  • Previous experience in Direct Selling, In-Field Sales, Person-to-Person sales, Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing
  • Skills to interpret and understand customers’ needs and align those needs to the specific services and products that we offer
  • Great interpersonal skills and charisma, who can spark a love for our product within anyone they meet
  • A clear interest business and sales growth and in identifying, generating and developing sales opportunities and closing deals
  • Experience in developing business cases. Help build and present fully justified businesses cases for potential sales opportunities and close deals
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment

  • Creation of an entire new Sales area, Community Sales, focusing on selling solar PV solutions to whole neighborhoods at the time
  • Identify the best avenues for success in reaching community-leaders and relevant local neighborhood influencers
  • Growth of an identifiable, sustainable and profitable service & product pipeline
  • Achievement of established targets including sales, revenue and profitability
  • Working to constantly improve our quotation and sales processes to become the best community-sales business in Iberia
